Customer/contractor service are designed to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of quality products and services as well as the efficient recovery from any service related issues that may arise.
In dealing with clients and your contractors, communication is very important and essential module in the software that ease prompt and effective communication either between the company and the clients or between the company and the contractor. S.M.S and email is an important means of communication in the software where by, the company can send S.M.S to active clients, inactive clients, active contractor and inactive contractor depending on whichever message you would like to pass across to them.
All of this boils down to the internet, active email address, active phone number and S.M.S credit i.e; in order to be able to send S.M.S or email to a client or contractor,the system has to be connected to the internet, also the system must have enough S.M.S credit. For a client or contractor to be able to receive the message, such person must have an active phone number or email address on the module.
Messages can be sent to the clients or contractor individually or as bulk S.M.S. In order words, it ease the stress of sending messages individually if you intend to send same message to all active or inactive clients/contractors. All you have to do is to click on the bulk S.M.S under either the clients/contractor status. Select the client/contractor status,select the product type,type in your message and load data.
In conclusion, good communication is an essential tool in achieving productivity and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organization.
