This part comprises of 3 different sections which includes:
STUDENT MODULE
The software takes care of information about each students. Letting you know the total number of students in the school at large. The software takes care of the student timetable, attendance, discipline and health aspects of the students, assessment, report cards, i.d cards, billing charges and payment etc.
It saves the cost and time of writing the scores or attendance manually or visiting a printer to help in printing out the ID card or report card.
NEW STUDENT MODULE
This is the part where a new student is been added newly to a specific class. The software helps in entering of vital information of the student such as: the student address, admission information, the guardian/parents information etc. The software keeps this data safe for future purpose
COMMUNICATION MODULE
This module keeps records of all the SMS or mail that has been sent regardless of purpose and recipient provided the student, staff or parent have an active phone number or email address. You can send sms to them through letter, message and email through the module provided there’s an internet connection and sms credit.
